After analyzing a problem that I had last week, I realized that you REALLY have to take first things first. That means that I needed to look at the problem, determine the cause(s), figure out the order to handle, and address it properly.

In the past, I would have handled it with the first pain or area that I thought was the problem. However, doing the goal planning that I have since I made this commitment made me realize there were steps involved. This has been a huge benefit because I am able to go through the steps needed to accomplish a goal.

I am no longer straight to a butterfly in one step. I understand that a butterfly is not automatic and takes time, methodical steps, and patience.

Have you underestimated the steps involved? How is that impacting your goal and your drive to achieve your goal?
