How do I balance it all?

What I realized today is… this a process. I cannot get myself up in the morning, do my exercises and be done for the day.

Success habits and self-discipline carry with you throughout the day. When I started this (a whole 2 days ago), I thought that I would knock-out what I need to do each morning and be done for the day.

No. No. No. That is not the case. You do not develop success habits by doing something for just a few minutes a day. It is not PRESTO you are done for today. And, SNAP you are successful. You must take steps throughout the day, week, month, and year.

Today, I am building habits and self-discipline for a lifetime and a day!
