Our vision for you is much the same is it is for ourselves. To create a business that you love, build a legacy, and have time to do what you enjoy most (outside of your business). We want you to have time with family, friends and even time for yourself. Most of all, we would like you to relax and know that what ever it is, it is being handled with care and expertise.

Our Objective

Each member of our team at Business Support Solutions takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards and integrity in everything we do by providing excellent service and solutions for our clients. We recognize our limitations and only provide services and/or technologies based on our current level of expertise and, we represent truthfully the level of skill and expertise of those within this organization. Additionally, we safeguard the privacy and information of our clients as well as maintain the confidentiality in regards to the storage and disposal of records.

Our Story

Business Support Solutions was started by BevAnn Bonds and Tom Vizzini in August of 2005.

BevAnn and Tom have an entrepreneurial background and truly understand the challenges faced by entrepreneurs.

They owned two flower shops in the Metropolitan Atlanta Area which were sold in 1997. After selling the shops BevAnn went back to school to finish her bachelor’s degree in Psychology while Tom went to work remodeling houses. Then they both decided to join the workforce.

BevAnn worked in the corporate environment for several years and then settled in with a medical equipment sales start up company. Tom became the director of operations for a small contracting company. After several years of helping other business thrive and grow, they were hit with the entrepreneurial bug.

In late 2004 they began researching franchise businesses but were not able to find the right fit. Then in March of 2005 BevAnn stumbled (truly stumbled) across virtual assistance. Immediately, they knew that was the business for them. To find a solution to help entrepreneurs without them having to invite a stranger into their home or provide additional office real estate was perfect!

Because of their entrepreneurial background, they could truly understand the challenges that an entrepreneur faces each day. They also knew that providing virtual business services would have made owning the flower shops an even more profitable experience. They could have done so much more.

Since 2005, they have been providing administrative, marketing and bookkeeping support to entrepreneurs.

What We Learned

At first inception, we thought that we could be EVERYTHING to EVERYONE; however, we soon learned that was not possible. Since that time we have honed our services to areas which we are best at serving and provide the most benefit to our clients. Find out more about the services we provide!

  • Say what you are going to do and DO IT;
  • It is better to be specialized and do “what you do” well;
  • We work best as business partner to our clients;

  • We LOVE helping entrepreneurs and their businesses grow, succeed, and thrive!
